A straightforward process

Three steps from quote request to pickup

Clear vehicle and access details help avoid surprises when the appointment is arranged.

Tell us about the vehicle

Share the year, make, model, approximate mileage, condition, city, keys and ownership status. Mention major damage and missing components.

Review the quote

The offer reflects the vehicle details and collection requirements. Ask questions and confirm the terms before accepting.

Arrange pickup and payment

If the purchase is accepted, choose an available appointment. Cash is paid at pickup when the vehicle and ownership details match.

Same-day appointments may be available depending on location, vehicle condition and towing availability. See how pickup for accepted vehicles works.

Two service regions

One clear route for each pickup location

Junk Car Bin is a licensed and insured service-area business. We arrange mobile vehicle pickup and do not operate a public walk-in scrap yard.

A vehicle-specific assessment

What affects a vehicle quote?

No single amount fits every scrap or unwanted vehicle. The team reviews the details that affect the vehicle’s condition, completeness and collection.

Year and modelThe exact trim and vehicle type help identify the vehicle.
Overall conditionMechanical, collision and body damage should be described.
Completeness and keysMissing components and available keys can affect evaluation.
MileageApproximate kilometres provide useful condition context.
Pickup locationThe city determines the correct regional service route.
Towing accessTell us whether the vehicle rolls, steers and brakes and where it is parked.

Current vehicle and recyclable-material value factors may also influence the offer. The vehicle must be paid off and free of liens.

Helpful answers

Questions before you request a quote

These are the details vehicle owners most often need before arranging a pickup. For vehicle-specific information, use the quote form or call the correct regional number.

Does every quote become a purchase?

No. The vehicle, seller authority, location and access must be reviewed before a purchase and appointment are confirmed. A submitted form starts that review; it does not guarantee a price or collection time.

When is towing included?

Towing is included when Junk Car Bin agrees to purchase the vehicle. It is not a standalone towing promotion, emergency towing service or roadside-assistance offer.

Can every vehicle be collected the same day?

No. Same-day availability depends on the accepted vehicle, access, route, weather and towing capacity. The team confirms an available appointment only after reviewing the vehicle and pickup details.

Is Junk Car Bin a public vehicle yard?

No public walk-in yard or parts counter is advertised. The service is mobile vehicle buying and pickup for accepted purchases across approved service areas.

What must the seller confirm?

The seller must have authority to sell; the vehicle must be paid off and free of liens; and the identifying details must match. Mention any ownership concern before arranging pickup.

Can you collect from a repair shop, business lot or condo parking area?

Collection may be possible when the owner has lawful permission and a tow truck has safe access. Explain gates, height limits, underground parking, tight turns or other restrictions before an appointment is confirmed.

Which regional number should I call?

Call (647) 601-6665 for the GTA, Hamilton-to-Oshawa corridor, Niagara and surrounding approved areas. Call (519) 916-0959 for Windsor, Sarnia and Southwestern Ontario through Cambridge.
