When is towing included?
Towing is included when Junk Car Bin agrees to purchase the vehicle. It is not a standalone towing promotion, emergency towing service or roadside-assistance offer.
Can every vehicle be collected the same day?
No. Same-day availability depends on the accepted vehicle, access, route, weather and towing capacity. The team confirms an available appointment only after reviewing the vehicle and pickup details.
Is Junk Car Bin a public vehicle yard?
No public walk-in yard or parts counter is advertised. The service is mobile vehicle buying and pickup for accepted purchases across approved service areas.
What must the seller confirm?
The seller must have authority to sell; the vehicle must be paid off and free of liens; and the identifying details must match. Mention any ownership concern before arranging pickup.
Can you collect from a repair shop, business lot or condo parking area?
Collection may be possible when the owner has lawful permission and a tow truck has safe access. Explain gates, height limits, underground parking, tight turns or other restrictions before an appointment is confirmed.
