This hub connects western communities around Windsor and Essex County, the Chatham and Sarnia corridors, London and nearby towns, Oxford County, and the Kitchener–Waterloo–Cambridge area. Coverage is evaluated for the actual vehicle and address rather than promised uniformly across the whole region.
Service is mobile; the listed communities are not walk-in yards or separately staffed branches. Pickup and timing are confirmed only after the individual request is reviewed.
Western, central and eastern Southwest guidance

Information needed across a large service region
Regional routing works only when the submitted facts are precise. Provide the year, make, model and trim; describe mechanical or collision damage; identify missing keys, wheels or components; and state whether the vehicle can move into neutral. Include the complete address and explain garages, rural lanes, soft ground, gates or other loading restrictions.
Photographs can help assess remote or difficult access before equipment travels to the location. The seller must also confirm authority to sell and that the vehicle is paid off and lien-free.
How Southwestern Ontario requests proceed
1. Describe the vehicle
Share the year, make, model, trim, approximate mileage and major damage. State whether the engine starts and identify missing keys, wheels, batteries or other important components.
2. Confirm ownership
The seller must have authority to sell. The vehicle must be paid off and free of liens, and its identifying details must match when it is collected.
3. Explain the pickup position
Describe where the vehicle sits in the Southwestern Ontario collection point, whether it rolls, steers and brakes, and whether towing equipment has a clear, lawful loading path.
4. Review and schedule
If the vehicle is accepted, review the vehicle-specific offer and an available appointment window. Payment is completed when the verified vehicle is collected.
Route timing and towing limitations
A requested pickup time is not a dispatch confirmation. Distance between communities, weather, vehicle condition, loading requirements and available route capacity influence the appointment offered. Same-day collection may be possible for some accepted vehicles, especially when accurate information is supplied early, but it cannot be guaranteed across the region.
Towing is included when Junk Car Bin agrees to purchase the vehicle. The service is not emergency towing, roadside rescue, collision-scene recovery or transport for a vehicle the owner plans to keep.

No. The vehicle, seller authority, location and access must be reviewed before a purchase and appointment are confirmed.
When is towing included?

No. Same-day availability depends on the accepted vehicle, access, route, weather and towing capacity.
Is Junk Car Bin a public vehicle yard?

Plan a Southwestern Ontario request without assuming a route
Across a region stretching from Windsor–Essex through London to Waterloo Region, distance and loading access matter as much as the vehicle itself. Give the precise pickup address, nearest community, surface and access restrictions. A vehicle on soft ground, behind a gate or in a low garage may need a different assessment from one on a clear driveway. A request is not a dispatch confirmation.
If Junk Car Bin accepts the whole-vehicle purchase, towing is included and payment is completed when the verified vehicle is collected. The seller must be authorized, and the vehicle must be paid off and lien-free. Remove personal items, keep it as described and report changes before collection. Accepted vehicles may later be resold, used for parts recovery or sent to an appropriate recycling channel; this page does not claim a public yard or a local processing facility.
